Pull up a chair, sit yourself down and gather round my kitchen table. I will demonstrate to you the skills for making something good. Pasta, bread, braising, stewing, pastry, baking, roasting, frying, chopping, slicing, seasoning, spicing ... the list goes on.

I will help you take care of every aspect of your kitchen self. From good kitchen habits and how to choose and look after your knives and kitchen essentials to where and how to look for and at your ingredients and, of course, what to do with them.

Classes are small in size so that you can be involved in seeing and hearing and touching and tasting everything.
